Traffic patterns are standard left, except for Helicopters and Ultralights, which are right.

Make every effort to quickly and safely exit the runway.

Follow the attendants to aircraft parking. If you are going to the main terminal or Kay’s Restaurant, please signal the attendant by pointing in that direction or by radio.

This year’s event is on the tarmac along the taxiway. Follow designated personnel / signal man (orange vest) or “FOLLOW ME” Gator to parking area.

Once parked, you should obtain a briefing before departure. Briefings are obtained at the Pilot Registration counter in front of the B&B Sport Aviation building. Here you can also enter your aircraft for awards. Judging is only $10.00 and the awards are beautiful Stainless Steel Plaques.

DEPARTURE:
An Air Marshall is available to clear the area around your aircraft before engine start-up. If you cannot signal him, try on Unicom, 122.700. The Easton Wing C.A.P. will provide cadets to walk alongside your wings and clear the taxi ramp for you.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF PROCEDURES FOR ALL AIRCRAFT.
THE ULTRALIGHT TRAFFIC PATTERN IS RIGHT HAND (NON-STANDARD)
PATTERN ALTITUDE FOR ULTRALIGHTS IS 700 FEET MSL.
YIELD RIGHT OF WAY TO ALL OTHER TRAFFIC.

To provide separation for arriving aircraft, the Typical Pattern Altitude (TPA) will remain 1000 feet MSL for General Aviation and 700 feet MSL for Ultralights. Ultralights and helicopters have a right-hand traffic pattern

Prior to arrival tune radio to 120.675 (AWOS) for recorded airport information, or call Cambridge UNICOM on 122.700.

ALL radio equipped Ultralights are encouraged to announce POSITION and ALTITUDE when within at least 6 miles of the Cambridge Airport. Prior to entering the airport traffic area, begin descending to 700 FEET MSL.
